JBIEDU Explores Cooperative Opportunities with Georgetown University McDonough School of Business

Washington DC- JBIEDU representative, Mr. Jing Xuvisited McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University on May 12thand met with the school senior leadership, including Dean Daly, Dr. Paul Almeida, Senior Associate Dean, and Mr. Ashley Baker, Executive Director of Non-Degree Programs
.
On behalf of the Chairman of JBIEDU, Mr. Xu sent his best regards to his great friend Dean Daly, the renowned scholar and esteemed leader who led the rise of NYU Stern School into national prominence. Dean Daly expressed his best wishes to the Chairman and waspleasedthatthe meeting is actually taking place.
 
After the initial conversation about JBIEDU’s strategic plan and education initiatives currently underway, Dean Daly found a great value in what we are doing and suggested different areas that the two institutions could work together.
 
Mr. Xu also had an extensive discussion with Senior Associate Dean, Dr. Almeida to investigate areas of common interest and possible partnership. The conversation was very constructive and we have successfully identified key areas to collaborate in the future. During the meeting, both parties agreed to continue this discussion and decided to initiate a new round meetings to investigate the serious possibility of building a strategic partnership.
 
To foster the great relationship, Dr. Almeida and Executive DirectorBaker will join a Georgetown University delegation to China in late July, and meet with the top executive from JBIDEU and its parent company, Beida Jade Bird Group. For this upcoming visit, the delegation will meet with Mr. XuZhendong, Chairman of Beida Jade Bird Group, Mr. Tang Chengxi, Chairman of JBIEDU, Ms. Zhang Jiayin, CEO of JBIEDU and Mr. GuoChunyang, EVP of JBIEDU.
 
Both parties have expressed their high expectations about the forthcoming event and hope it will solidify the strategic relationship between JBIEDU and theMcDonungh School of Business.
